To develop a licensing database to service the needs of Licensing Authority's and Statutory Partners in England & Wales following the introduction of the Licensing Act 2003.

  • Log in screen
  • View, View/Print, Add/Edit/Print, Add/Edit/Delete, Administrator levels of authority
  • Screens and data tables to support - Premises, Nominal's, Applications, Incidents, Visits.
  • Date stamp applications so that they can be automatically flagged to authorised users when response due.
  • List report for applications not yet dealt with due date
  • List report for hearing dates for applications with due date
  • Reminder – You have hearings due – link to go direct to that screen on log in
  • Reminder – You have applications due for return – link to go direct to that screen on log in
  • Email to relevant statutory partner with relevant comments.
  • Flag when a review date is due or hold in a list awaiting reply.
  • From Nominal table provide ability to link nominal to one or more premises with date arrived - date left and where they are currently a DPS.
  • Flag / list premises under investigation
  • Flag / list nominal under investigation
  • Flag / list nominal who is a Designated Premises Supervisor under investigation
  • Flag / list premises under review and which authority or person is reviewing them
  • Calendar Screen to display Temporary Event details.
  • Provide a configuration screen for administration of master data, e.g. Postal Addresses for relevant office posting out, setting Visit Policy time periods etc.
  • Provision for mail shot files to be created to allow mail forms to be printed direct from the system.
  • Management report calculating the time / duration of a Temporary Event accumulated to a nominal and a premise.
  • Resident Input Personnel scanning documents to have ability to link/upload document to server for lookup against premises.
  • Ability to email details of application for new or variation to licence to specific users.
  • Print off a part populated visit form for sending to personnel to visit specific premise in line with set visit policy.
  • Photo image to upload for nominal when available.
  • Premises count by type and area.
  • Visits count by type and area
  • Incidents by type and area
  • Full premises print report
  • Full nominal print report

  • Simple to use – prompts for entry when required.
  • Import existing data to populate premises table
  • Serviced by an External server with SSL certification for clients and non SSL for public enquiry to sanitised data.
