The intention is to provide each Licensing Authority with the ability to add, edit and delete its own records but to allow the other registered statutory authority members able to view sanitised details. This it is hoped will go someone to plug the gap on a number of issues. For example - The lack of a central government run database on the applications by individuals to run temporary event notices where there is no current method of checking the history of previous applicants based on the allowable criteria of Personal Licence Holders and Non Personal Licence Holders. The customer focus for this site will be to provide a National Database for England and Wales. Licensing Authority's and Statutory Authority are invited to register an expression of interest, however we are that convinced of the simplistic methodology to deliver the cost of subscription will be far outweighed by the benefits. It is therefore imperative that this site has to be attractively priced for registration so that as many if not ALL authorities subscribe for its use.
